Tad N. Render, CPA

Tad Render is an audit principal in the Assurance and Accounting department of Miller, Cooper & Co., Ltd. and possesses experience serving middle market, privately-held companies. As an audit principal, Mr. Render is responsible for the direction of day-to-day client services.

Relevant Experience
He has experience working with real estate developers/syndicates, manufacturers, distributors, service companies and food processors. Mr. Render has a special expertise in audits of employee benefit plans. His experience also includes general business consulting, internal control reviews, agreed-upon procedure reports, and due-diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.

Education and Professional Activities
Mr. Render received his Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
