Adam A. Schreiter, CPA

Adam Schreiter, is a principal of Accounting and Auditing at Miller Cooper and Co., Ltd. He has over 11 years of experience in public accounting and four years in private industry.

Relevant Experience
Mr. Schreiter has responsibilities as an audit principal specializing in accounting, auditing, internal control and consulting for wholesale/distribution and consumer products companies and small business investment companies (SBICs). He also has significant experience in acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Schreiter was previously a supervisor in the manufacturing group at one of the “Big 4” accounting firms and a Controller/CFO at a mid-sized manufacturer. His private industry expertise includes cost containment, cash flow management, financial turnaround, employee incentive plans, computer systems and implementation, internal control, process streamlining, budgeting and forecasting.

Mr. Schreiter graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
