James G. Rediger, CPA

Responsibilities
Mr. Rediger is a Miller Cooper Principal and a member of the firm’s accounting and auditing department. In addition to handling the accounting and audit needs of his clients, Jim provides business planning and consulting services to various clients. Jim’s career in accounting began in 1986, and he joined Miller Cooper in 1990..

Relevant Experience
Mr. Rediger services clients in numerous industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, the automotive industry, and service businesses. Middle market clients with sales ranging from $5 million to $150 million remain Jim’s primary focus. Mr. Rediger provides ongoing business advisory consulting, and audit and assurance guidance in order to improve the bottom-line performance of his clients. Jim manages the engagement process and the review of related financial statements and income tax returns.

Education and Professional Activities
Mr. Rediger received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 1986. He was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Mr. Rediger is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also served on the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce.
