Managing Principal

Ross Pearlstein, CPA

Responsibilities
Mr. Pearlstein is the Managing Principal of Miller Cooper, serves on the Executive Committee and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Industry Groups. As the Managing Principal, Ross guides the growth and direction of the Firm, prioritizes new client services, and establishes the highest standards for professional development and continuing education for Principals and staff members. Prior to joining the firm, Ross practiced in the real estate and construction division of a national public accounting firm.

Relevant Experience
Mr. Pearlstein services clients that are leaders in their industries in the Chicago area. He has extensive experience in construction, real estate, apartment complexes, shopping centers and HUD multi-family housing projects. He also performs a variety of financial consulting projects for clients in manufacturing, distribution and financial services industries. Mr. Pearlstein’s primary responsibilities include leading the marketing effort for real estate and construction industries and implementing current audit techniques for each of the eight industry segments serviced by Miller Cooper. Ross oversees the strategic direction of numerous client engagements, and leads the internal business advisory consulting for Miller Cooper’s real estate and construction clients.

Education and Professional Activities
Mr. Pearlstein is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. He has given many speeches on accounting and finance related issues.
