Matthew Bailey, CPA

Responsibilities
Mr. Bailey is an audit Principal with responsibilities for the accounting and auditing needs of diverse business clients. In addition to servicing clients, Matt is an active member of Miller Cooper’s recruiting committee that evaluates experienced hires and campus candidates.

Relevant Experience
Mr. Bailey services businesses in a variety of industries including transportation, manufacturing, distribution, real estate and professional services. He also specializes in employee benefit plan audits for some of Chicagoland’s largest privately-held businesses. Matt continues to provide ongoing assistance to management, as well as by overseeing the planning, fieldwork, and financial statement preparation of the audit. Additionally, he performs various financial consulting projects for corporate clients.

Education and Professional Activities
Mr. Bailey received a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
